As an event planner in New York City, I am very familiar with the hospitality industry. I have yet to receive Trail’s End quality of service even in 5 star hotels. Our event at Trail’s End was absolutely amazing and everyone who attended felt special, as if they were an important part of the weekend too. That was a result of the time and attention that you gave to all of our guests…and for that, we sincerely thank you.

Words really can’t describe how well the Trail’s End team did in executing our vision for that very special weekend; we were truly impressed by your tireless work ethic and enthusiasm. The current debate is when your staff found the time to sleep during those three days! From the weekend activities, Saturday’s welcome dinner setup, food, and finally the event day on Sunday, it was all so perfect and beautifully executed.

“Have you tried these amazing mac n’ cheese bites?” The hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and dessert were just delicious. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received. So many people said, “This food is incredible!”. Thank you, Trail’s End! We can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Not even sure where to being with how amazing Trails End was for our wedding weekend! From the start of planning, all the way to the final goodbyes. Monica and Sarah were super helpful through the entire planning process, and the rest of the staff was super fun to work with once we got to the wedding weekend. Our “not so outdoorsy” guests were beyond happy to find resort-like accommodations for their weekend stay, while our “super outdoorsy” guests were excited to feel like they were kids again at summer camp! The food was great the whole weekend; we loved how they were able to have such a difference in the meals, with adult summer camp themed food for the camp days, and an upscale cocktail hour and buffet dinner for the wedding day. Every one of our guests has asked if we’re going to plan an anniversary reunion at the camp every year for years to come! All in all, we could not have asked for a better wedding weekend, the memories are ones we will cherish forever, and we really felt like we left with a whole group of life long friends in the staff!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I had a special birthday party at Trail’s End is it was SENSATIONAL! The food, the staff, the accommodations, the facilities, the planning process, everything was 5 stars! My friends were blown away as well. We made so many incredible memories at the coolest spot – CAMP. The planning and the scheduling was just perfect. They were so accommodating to all of our unique needs and requests. Camp was so buttoned up and they didn’t miss a beat. It was the best experience. I could cry just thinking about it. I can’t say enough good things about having an event at Trail’s End. We might have to do it again at the next milestone birthday! 🙂

Our company just finished an amazing two-night, three-day retreat at Trails End Camp. Everything their team put together was above and beyond our expectations. From their extremely helpful and fun staff, great tasting food, and beautiful housing facilities, everything was taken care of for us. Monica helped us leading up to our retreat by coming up with the perfect itinerary and was so flexible during our stay when we needed to shift things around and make last-minute changes. I can not recommend TEC enough when planning a company retreat! Looking forward to coming back next year!

My son’s Bar Mitzvah was beyond amazing at Trails End. The staff, especially Monica, the accommodations and the amenities were beyond fantastic. Could not recommend more. Thank you TEC for a memorable weekend!
